Settle into your hotel, share a welcome dinner and discover Istanbul with a private guide. Leave room for the historic quarter, a waterfront stroll and a Bosphorus outing if you choose it.

03—04CappadociaTwo nights · Cave hotels and sunrise skies
Fly to Cappadocia on separately purchased tickets. Settle into a characterful cave hotel, explore the valleys and request sunrise ballooning for the first available morning.
Balloon flights depend on weather, operating approval and availability. A second attempt is only possible if the onward schedule allows.
05From the valleys to the coastTransfer day · First Kaş villa night
Preferred connection to investigate: hotel → Kayseri Airport → nonstop flight to Antalya → private vehicle to Kaş. Settle into the villa and leave the evening free.
Provisionally allow 7–8 hours hotel-to-villa, including airport time and a comfort stop. The Antalya road leg is approximately 3–3½ hours. Exact flights and times must be checked before stays are committed.
06—09Kaş, at your own paceFour more nights · Five villa nights in total
A private Kekova boat outing, leisurely meals and long afternoons by the pool. Choose an archaeological or coastal visit—or leave that day completely open.
Chef dinners and excursions are proposal choices, not compulsory daily activities. No scheduled commission showroom visits.
10—11A final evening in IstanbulOne night · Depart on Day 11
Return to Istanbul on Day 10, provisionally via a private transfer to Dalaman and a separately booked flight. Enjoy your final night before the international journey on Day 11.
International travel may require additional days away from Denver. No same-day domestic-to-international connection is planned.

ISTANBUL · 2 + 1 NIGHTS
Shangri-La Bosphorus
October 10–12, then October 19–20. A waterfront base in Beşiktaş. Request a Deluxe Bosphorus room for the view, or Horizon Bosphorus with breakfast. The final night is checked separately.
CAPPADOCIA · 2 NIGHTS
Argos in Cappadocia
October 12–14. Individual cave and stone rooms in Uçhisar. A Jacuzzi Suite is one currently researched option; windows, stairs and layout vary. Private-pool suites are an upgrade to discuss.
KAŞ · 5 NIGHTS
Villa Cape House
October 14–19. A Kaş peninsula candidate with a private pool, five bedrooms and five bathrooms for up to ten guests. Confirm the annex layout, bed allocation and five-night availability with Max. Chef and daily housekeeping are separately arranged.
Six to ten guests sharing as couples may need three to five bedrooms. Separate rooms for every doctor require a different property or paired villas. Exact accommodation follows your agreed shortlist.

Checked September 12, 2026. These are hotel-only retail references, not the tour price, a group allocation or a reservation. Hotel searches used one room for two adults. Rates can change; Max checks three to five rooms together before confirming your proposal.

What does the starting price mean?
USD 9,500 per person—not per couple—is the Signature villa journey planning starting point. From USD 19,000 per couple, based on 8–10 paying guests sharing rooms, for 11 days / 10 nights. It is not a supplier-backed offer or confirmed availability. Private bedrooms, upgrades and extensions are personally quoted with no preset upper budget. All airfare is excluded.
Your written proposal itemises accommodation, transfers, guiding, meals, experiences, taxes and booking terms. Selecting an experience does not include it automatically.
Are flights included?
All scheduled domestic and international airline tickets are excluded and purchased separately. Private domestic aviation and helicopter services can be requested as separately quoted concierge upgrades, subject to operator feasibility and availability. We coordinate timing before hotel and villa commitments.
Is this a medical or hospital programme?
No. This is an independent leisure holiday for physicians, partners and friends, without hospital affiliation, treatment or medical education accreditation.
Will ten nights give us time to relax?
That is the intention behind five consecutive villa nights. Arrival includes travel, leaving four full coastal days. Changes for your dates or a villa minimum stay are proposed before you commit.
